My Story
I understand how much the hormonal imbalances impact health and wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally. I suffered with painful periods, acne, weight gain, IBS, hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety and depression. Having gone through the different stages had two children I can appreciate how living a life in balance, eating the right foods and controlling stress is so important.
I am a member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and CHNC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council. I continue with Professional Development to keep up with the latest science to bring into my practice and help my clients get the best possible advise I can give them.
